500g baklava phyllo dough

300g Antep pistachios

250g butter

2 cups sugar

1.5 cups water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Finely grind the pistachios

Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes

Prepare the syrup and pour over hot baklava
